Evergreen by David Batchelor at More London

This is a strange but intriguing piece of public art in the Southwark area near Tower Bridge on the banks of the River Thames in London. I really like this tree, on first impressions I thought it to be very bizarre and took a couple of quick snaps to laugh at it later. Now looking at it a couple of years later, I see it in a totally different way and think it very creative and unique. The sculpture is called “Evergreen” and is by David Batchelor. It was made of plastic and metal and was contributed to the More London development by John Randolph Davies.
