Nice photo. There's a real beauty to industrial architecture and you captured it very well in this shot.
I tried to get a few night time shots of the flare stack at the perimeter fence on the A5117 a few months back but Cheshire Police caught me in the act and moved me on.

I think you've caught us on a bad day!! If there's smoke coming off the flare stack like on the right hand side of the above photo, it usually means that something pretty bad has happened on the refinery!! I thought I'd comment on this photo, because I work at Stanlow Refinery. I think you've caught us on a bad day!!
