Manchester’s Arndale and Wheel at Night

When I first saw the “big wheel” in Manchester, I didn’t just think that here is an opportunity to get up high in the centre of the city, I also thought that if I was here just after the sun had gone down with a tripod, it could make for some interesting photos. The main image I went to capture on the evening this was taken can be seen below, but this was an extra detail that I couldn’t walk away from without trying. I had seen similar pictures framing the Arndale (a shopping centre or shopping mall) sign with the structure of the wheel, but never at dusk.
