Mirror Ball at Museum of Science and Industry

This will probably be the last photo I have to show you from last weeks Castlefield trip. I have been past this spherical sculpture outside the Museum of Science and Industry dozens of times but tonight whilst taking photographs all around Castlefield I came up with the idea of a self portrait in the reflection of the sphere. I had my camera on the tripod and the went up close with a wireless remote in hand (hence my left hand isn’t spread). Because of the curve of the sculpture and the way it reflects the light it looks like I have something on my head and very wavy arms but that is why I wanted to share this image with you.
