Sunset over Salford Quays

After a lengthy shopping trip in Manchester we took the tram to Salford Quays for a meal. I was hoping to go on a little photo walk and capture some interesting sunset shots but I decided that I was too hungry and had to eat something. When we left the restaurant we were waiting for the Metrolink tram back into Manchester and I had to capture this sunset. The sky light up with some amazing colours, the foreground isn”t very impressive but for a photo captured at 9:35pm in this part of the world I am pretty pleased with it.
