Granada TV, Manchester at Sunrise

Today I started my two weeks of work experience at Granada TV in Manchester. I will be working in the Art Department with the art director, production designer and their team. Started work at 9am and I didn’t leave until after 6pm. Evidently I left early, obviously I have a lot to learn - I am going to be extremely busy.

Today I took all my graphics projects into college to getting them sorting into a professional looking portfolio for my university interviews. It was a long day of sorting and moving heavy folders around. This evening I was walking down to play pool with a friend I noticed that the sun was going down and the sky was perfectly clear. Please to see some nice red plane trails in the sky I thought I would take a couple of quick snaps. Thought I would share this photo…enjoy!

Today I spent the afternoon in Wilmslow. I had a great time wandering around and looking at the shops. I did get a few photographs of the Bollin River and Carrs Park but the lighting wasn’t very exciting, later on I was at a friends house in front of the open fire and thought I would snap a few quick photos of the fire for future use (also capture some video). Not the best photograph I have ever taken but I liked it.
